The dashboard shows three comments from Olivia on the same services page: missing error messages, an email field extending off a phone screen and an enquiry disappearing after an error. The team hands the first to an agent with the agreed fix and closes the second after replying. The third is still waiting.

The old way and with Voicedot
Several comments on one page. Each with its place and a next step.
In scattered messages, it is hard to tell where the problem is. With Voicedot, point to the spot and add the next comment. Your team gets the context to fix it.

Thanks, but I meant the quote form on the services page. It still shows no errors.

A letter from the founder
More changes. The project was supposed to be finished.

Hi, I’m Piotr.
We’ve been delivering websites to clients for 17 years. I know how stressful the final stretch can be when a project should already be finished.
Your team says “done”, and the client comes back with “that’s not what I meant”. You explain, pass it on and check again. More hours go by, but sign-off still feels far away.
That’s why I built Voicedot. A client or colleague points to a change on the page, and your team or AI agent gets the feedback along with its context and what you’ve agreed.
I’d love your next fix to get a “That’s exactly what I meant”. Try Voicedot on your project. Or if you’d rather talk first, I’d be happy to show you how I use it.
In their words
What people who already collect feedback this way say
I used to send Piotr my comments in Notes and on Messenger, and then we both had to hunt for them. Now I click the spot on the page and say what to change. Less typing, less searching.

On a project the team very often starts a Google Doc and everyone adds their comments. Either it’s a mess, or nobody knows what a comment was about. Here it’s simple: a specific element I think is worth talking through or changing, I just pin it.

Questions before your first round of changes
Does my client need an account?
No. Your client points at part of the page and speaks or types. No account, no name, no screenshots, no categories to pick. The address, the element and a saved view of the page are recorded automatically.
Do I have to teach my client how to use it?
A link and one sentence are enough: “Click the button in the corner, point at the spot and say or type what to change.” The widget tutorial shows it in 3 minutes, no account needed.
I use Basecamp or Asana. Do I have to replace them?
No. Run your project as usual and discuss comments in the Voicedot dashboard. You can pass a conversation to your developer as a Markdown text file. If you use an AI agent, connect it through MCP so it can fetch the comments and decisions you share.
Does it work on a password-protected staging site?
Yes, as long as the page loads the Voicedot script, also behind a login. You give your client access the way you do now. Each HTTPS address is added to the project separately.
What if, after the fix, the client says “That’s not what I meant”?
The element they pointed at and the saved view show what the comment was about. You sort it out with the client in the same thread. An AI agent’s fixes still go through a review round before you sign them off.
Does Voicedot change anything on my website by itself?
No. Voicedot collects comments and their context. Your own agent makes code changes in your repository after your approval. It is the agent you already use, not an extra agent running on your website.
Does the saved view include passwords and form data?
The saved view masks form field values, including passwords, as well as editable areas (contenteditable) and elements marked data-voicedot-private. It does not automatically hide every piece of data visible on the page. Anything typed or spoken in the comment itself is sent, so keep passwords out of comments.
How much does it cost to work on several projects?
Pro: €39 a month + VAT, unlimited projects and voice. Team: €99, with no per-seat fees and no Voicedot branding. Every paid plan, monthly or annual, has a 60-day money-back guarantee.
Where will my client see Voicedot branding?
On Pro, a small Voicedot link appears only when the widget is open. It is not on the launcher button. On Team and during the 21-day full Team trial, the widget has no Voicedot branding.
