About the team dashboard tutorial
In this tutorial you are on the other side: you receive a client comment in the real Voicedot team dashboard. If you went through the widget tutorial, the comment you left yourself is waiting at the top of the inbox. If not, you will see a clearly marked sample comment. Piotr, the founder of Voicedot, guides you in the chat next to the dashboard, and you click everything yourself. At every step Piotr tells you what you and your team save.
What you will learn
- Receive a comment: you open it in the inbox and see what the team sees, that is the comment, the page, the category and a preview of the spot where the client left a pin.
- Answer once: you send the client a ready reply and save it to the knowledge base, so the dashboard suggests it by itself next time someone asks this.
- Hand it over: you add an automation that sends comments of a category to the right person, and you hand the fix to an AI agent. The agent changes nothing without your consent.
How the tutorial goes
- You open the client’s comment in the inbox.
- You look at the saved view of the page with the comment’s spot.
- You hand the comment to an AI agent.
- You answer the client’s question and save the reply to the knowledge base.
- You add an automation that sends comments of this category to the right person.
- You connect Claude Code, send it a prompt and approve the change.
Who it is for
For agencies and teams that handle comments from many clients. The dashboard collects them in one inbox together with their spot on the page, and an AI agent such as Claude Code gets a comment with its full context over MCP.
What is real and what is a sample
The dashboard is the real Voicedot team dashboard, running on sample data. Nothing reaches real clients: replies, automations and the agent’s work stay in this browser.
How long it takes
About 4 minutes. You can turn off Piotr’s voice with the sound button. Your progress is saved in this browser, so you can come back to the tutorial later.
What comes next
You will see the rest of the dashboard in your own account. If you haven’t seen the client’s side yet, start with the widget tutorial. When you are ready, you will add Voicedot to your own website. Installation takes less than 3 minutes.
