2The Service
Voicedot is a SaaS product for collecting contextual feedback and messages on live websites.
The Service lets a Customer install a Widget on a website so Visitors can pin a specific place on a page or leave a general message. Visitors can explain feedback by voice, when available under the applicable plan, or by text, review voice transcript text before sending where transcription is available, and send the final message to the Customer.
The Customer receives messages as conversations with page context, optional pin context and final text. Audio is not provided to the Customer for playback. Audio processing and retention follow the Privacy Policy and applicable service configuration.
Voice transcripts and pin context are meant to help customers understand the message, but they may not be perfect. Transcripts can contain mistakes. Old pins can become less precise when a page changes. Customers should review important messages before relying on them.
Voicedot is provided as software as a service. We do not transfer ownership of the software, code, interface, design, documentation, methods, trademarks or other intellectual property to you.
3Accounts and authority
You need an Account to use the Service as a Customer.
You must provide accurate account, billing and workspace information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account.
Tell us without undue delay if you believe your Account has been used without authorization.
The Service is designed primarily for business and professional feedback workflows. Individuals may also use the Service for private purposes. If you use it on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or other rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
4Lawful widget deployment
You are responsible for how you deploy the Widget on your website or on a website you manage.
Voicedot can provide product controls and processor support, but we do not decide why you collect feedback from your Visitors or whether your use case is lawful. That decision remains yours.
Your responsibilities include:
- Having the right to install the Widget on the relevant website.
- Providing privacy notices, consent notices or legal bases required for your use case.
- Deciding where the Widget appears and what it asks Visitors to submit.
- Configuring email requirements, pinning, retention and other settings appropriately.
- Responding to Visitor requests where you are the controller of the data.
- Ensuring that your use of Voicedot does not violate applicable law, contracts or platform rules.
5Visitor messages and customer content
You retain your rights to Customer Content.
You grant Voicedot the limited rights needed to host, process, transcribe, store, display, transmit, secure and otherwise operate the Service for you. This includes processing Visitor Messages, audio, final text, page context, pin context and workspace metadata to provide the Service.
You are responsible for Customer Content and for ensuring that you have the rights, notices and permissions needed to submit or collect it through Voicedot.
You must not use the Service to collect content that you are not allowed to collect or process.
6Acceptable use and prohibited content
You must not misuse the Service or use it in a way that could harm Voicedot, other customers, Visitors or the integrity of the platform.
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused, a security risk exists, payment has failed, or continued use could expose Voicedot, customers or Visitors to harm.
You must not use the Service to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights.
- Collect, transmit or store illegal content.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Mislead Visitors about who receives their messages.
- Send spam or abuse the Service.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls or payment controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, attack or interfere with the Service.
- Upload malware or harmful code.
- Conduct surveillance, covert recording or deceptive recording.
- Resell the Service unless we agree in writing.
Voicedot is not designed for collecting highly sensitive information. Configure your Widget and notices so Visitors know what not to include.
Unless you have a separate lawful process and our written agreement where required, do not use Voicedot to collect passwords or authentication secrets, full payment-card details, government ID numbers, health information, biometric identifiers, data about children, special-category personal data, or content from regulated industries requiring certifications that Voicedot does not have.
Creating, deleting, rotating or coordinating accounts to obtain repeated free trials or bypass Free allowances is prohibited, whether done manually or through an agent. Agent-assisted installation, email aliases, independent client projects and genuine ownership transfers are not by themselves a breach of these Terms.
Where deliberate circumvention is confirmed after human review, we may proportionately restrict the responsible account or project and the specific public website or independently controlled hosting tenant involved for up to 12 months from the restriction decision. We will state the grounds and provide a support route to request review, correction or recognition of a genuine ownership transfer. Necessary urgent security measures may be taken before that review. Sharing a hosting provider, parent domain, local hostname or IP address alone is not grounds to restrict unrelated users or independent sibling sites; we do not ban an entire shared hosting suffix for one customer's abuse.
7Free plan, trial, subscriptions and payments
Voicedot offers a separate Free plan, a free trial of Team features and paid subscriptions. The plan details and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Purchase terms shown to you at checkout govern the paid subscription you consciously select.
The Free plan includes one project, one dashboard member and 100 new text feedback submissions in each 30-day period. Solo includes one project and one dashboard member. Pro includes unlimited projects and one dashboard member. Team includes unlimited projects and unlimited team members, without per-seat charges. Paid plans include voice and text feedback subject to fair use. The Voicedot link remains in the widget on Free and Solo and is removed on Pro and Team; this is not full white label. Current prices, currency and billing intervals are shown on the Pricing page and before you authorize paid renewal.
MCP is included in every plan. The subscription does not include a third-party coding agent. External reviewers are unlimited in every plan and are not counted as dashboard team members.
After the first real feedback message has been successfully sent and saved in your project, you can choose Free without a trial or start a free trial. The message alone does not start the trial; the trial starts only after your deliberate start decision, a verified saved card and consent to the selected paid renewal. Team features are available throughout the trial. The trial lasts 7 days from its start. Changing the plan or billing interval during the trial does not move its end date.
Starting the initial trial requires authorization of the selected paid renewal and card setup through the payment provider. If card setup is abandoned or fails, the trial does not start; you can keep using the Free plan, which does not require a card. If you have authorized paid renewal and saved a payment method, the selected paid plan starts and its first charge is due when the trial ends; subsequent periods renew automatically unless cancelled. Saving a payment method alone does not authorize a paid subscription. If no valid renewal authorization or payment method is in place when the trial ends, no paid subscription starts and your account moves to Free. Cancelling a scheduled renewal during the trial does not shorten the trial. Other billing periods apply only if shown on the Pricing page or at checkout.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Before you start the trial, we show the selected plan, price, billing interval and scheduled first charge date; tax is calculated at checkout. For a paid subscription, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for Subscription Fees, taxes and other charges disclosed at checkout. The trial costs €0. We send an email reminder two days before it ends. After your trial ends without a paid plan starting, you can start one additional 7-day trial if fewer than 5 comments were added during the trial or the widget never sent a signal. The 7 days start when you restart the trial.
If payment fails, we may notify you, limit access, suspend the Service or terminate the Account after reasonable attempts to resolve the issue.
Electronic invoices or receipts may be issued through the payment provider or sent electronically. Paper invoices are not issued unless separately agreed.
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription does not renew after that date. A scheduled downgrade also takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Annual subscriptions have a money-back guarantee for 60 days from payment of the invoice for the annual period. To claim it, email support@voicedot.ai from your account email and identify the invoice or payment. Support checks the annual cycle and payment date; an operator issues the refund through the payment provider, rather than an automatic dashboard action. The guarantee does not cover monthly plans and does not limit your statutory rights. A 7-day trial followed by the 60-day guarantee on an annual plan gives you 67 days in total, over two months to try the product.
If you are a consumer and a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within the period required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available to you. Where the law allows a digital service to start before the withdrawal period ends, we may ask you to confirm that you want immediate access and acknowledge the consequences for your withdrawal right.
To request a billing review, contact support and include the account, workspace and invoice details.
Free has no preset time limit while it remains available, subject to its published usage and functionality limits. Removing Free for new signups does not by itself change existing accounts. We may change or withdraw Free for existing accounts only to comply with changes in applicable law or binding regulatory requirements, address a documented security risk, respond to the loss of an essential provider dependency needed to operate Free, or respond to a sustained, material increase in the cost of providing Free that makes its continued operation economically unsustainable. The change must be limited to what the stated reason requires. We will notify affected account owners directly by email or an in-product notice at least 30 days before an ordinary change takes effect, stating its reason, scope and effective date, so they can stop using the Service or request a copy of available data. Shorter notice applies only to the extent needed to meet a binding legal deadline or address an immediate security threat, with notice as soon as possible. We will not automatically enroll a Free account in a paid plan or reduce already-paid subscription rights under this clause.
The initial free trial is granted once to an account owner and provides Team features across that owner's eligible projects for one shared trial period. Adding a project, changing its address or port, or reinstalling the Widget does not restart or extend that period. Deleting and recreating accounts to obtain another trial does not create a new trial entitlement. A project does not have a separate trial clock. The one-time additional 7-day trial described above is a separate entitlement for the same account owner, shared across their projects.
8Usage limits and fair use
The Free plan’s allowance is 100 new text feedback submissions in each 30-day period. It renews every 30 days, not at the start of a calendar month. Replies and discussions do not count towards that allowance. Editing text, changing a status and retrieving feedback through MCP do not use it either. Free does not include voice transcription.
Project and dashboard-member allowances follow the selected plan. External reviewers are not dashboard members and are unlimited in every plan. The full-product trial is separate from the smaller Free plan.
On paid plans, “unlimited” means there is no message or transcription cap you would meet in normal feedback use by your team and reviewers. Normal feedback rounds are included. Unlimited use remains subject to fair use and anti-abuse protections; it is not an offer of general-purpose transcription or unrestricted platform-scale collection.
Paid plans support normal website and product feedback workflows without a fixed monthly submission quota. Fair use protects against abuse, automated bulk ingestion unrelated to genuine feedback and sustained workloads that materially exceed a standard plan’s capacity. A large audience or legitimate MCP use is not itself a violation. We contact you about a different arrangement and do not add usage charges without your agreement. We may temporarily restrict activity to protect the service and explain it as soon as reasonably possible.
We may limit access or message collection for an inactive project, failed payment, security risk, misuse or breach of these Terms. Those protections do not create an undisclosed paid usage meter.
Once you have used your allowance of 100 new feedback submissions, additional feedback is kept in a waiting queue. Its content is unavailable in the dashboard, exports, notifications or MCP until released against a renewed allowance or unlocked by a suitable paid plan. Released feedback uses the new allowance. Feedback you could already access does not become locked again. Free includes your first project and one team member. Other projects and team access become unavailable on downgrade; the downgrade itself does not delete them. Choose Pro for multiple projects or Team for team access, subject to the data-retention policy.
9Third-party services
Voicedot depends on third-party services for parts of the Service, such as hosting, storage, transcription, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, logging and integrations.
Some third-party services may change, become unavailable or process data under their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes or failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
Current subprocessor and provider information is described on the Subprocessors page and in the Privacy Policy or DPA where applicable.
10Data protection and security
For Account, billing, support, security, product operations and marketing data, Voicedot acts as a controller as described in the Privacy Policy.
For Visitor Messages collected through a Customer-installed Widget, the Customer normally decides why the data is collected and acts as controller. Voicedot processes that data to provide the Service and acts as processor.
If you need processor terms, review or request the DPA.
The Data and privacy page explains the product data model in plain language, including voice, transcripts, final text, pin and page context, access and deletion requests. The Privacy Policy, DPA and Subprocessors page control the final legal details.
You are responsible for keeping your Account secure and limiting access to authorized team members.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Service. However, no internet service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or perfectly secure.
Privileged access to Customer Content should be limited to support, security, incident response or legal necessity. Operational details are described in the Privacy Policy, DPA and Data and privacy page.
11Intellectual property
Voicedot and its software, interface, components, documentation, design, workflows, trademarks and other materials are owned by Good Sheet Sp. z o.o. or its licensors.
You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service except where allowed by law or expressly agreed in writing.
If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about the Service, we may use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not disclose your confidential Customer Content without permission.
12Availability, beta features and changes
Voicedot is under active development. We may add, change, suspend or remove features to improve the Service, protect users, comply with law, manage technical constraints or adapt to product learnings.
We may provide beta, experimental or early-access features. These features may be incomplete, changed, limited or discontinued.
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider issues, security events, network problems or other events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
13Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for every use case, compliant with every customer legal obligation, or available for regulated industries requiring special certifications.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, business interruption, loss of data or costs of substitute services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims related to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that period. For free usage, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.
14Termination, deletion and retention
You may stop using Voicedot or cancel your subscription as provided in the Service or billing portal.
We may suspend or terminate access if payment fails, you breach these Terms, your use creates security, legal, operational or abuse risk, we are required to do so by law, or we discontinue the Service or a material part of it.
After termination or account deletion, we delete or anonymize production Customer Content from active systems within the timeframe described in the Privacy Policy and DPA, unless longer retention is required by law or needed for legitimate billing, security, audit or dispute purposes.
Backup copies may persist for up to 12 months until overwritten according to the backup schedule described in the Privacy Policy or DPA. Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained.
Where necessary to prevent benefit circumvention, we may retain a minimal pseudonymized account identifier and consumed-benefit facts for no more than 12 months after account deletion. A documented website-restriction record may be retained until that restriction expires, no later than 12 months from the restriction decision. These records do not retain Visitor Message bodies or keep a deleted account usable. Their purpose, scope, legal basis and expiry are described in the Privacy Policy, separately from billing, legal and backup retention.
15Support, complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint or support request, use the Support page or contact support@voicedot.ai.
A complaint should include enough information for us to identify the account, workspace, invoice or event concerned.
We will review complete complaints and respond by email or another appropriate channel within a reasonable time. If a mandatory legal response period applies, we will follow that period.
These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
Disputes related to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the competent common court having jurisdiction over the registered seat of Good Sheet Sp. z o.o., unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
For consumers in the EU, information about consumer dispute resolution bodies is available through European Commission consumer redress resources. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
16Final provisions
We may update these Terms when the Service, pricing, business model, legal requirements or operational practices change.
If changes materially affect active customers, we will provide notice by email, in-product notice or publication on the website before the changes take effect, unless urgent changes are required for legal, security or operational reasons.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription before the changes take effect.
This version of the Terms applies from 14 October 2026. For accounts created before that day, it applies from the date given in the email announcing the change, no earlier than 14 days after it is sent; until then, the previous version applies to them.
These Terms are available on the Voicedot website in a way that allows them to be stored and reproduced.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Any written agreement signed by Voicedot and the Customer prevails over conflicting provisions of these Terms.
Privacy policySubprocessorsDPAPricing
Changes affecting existing Free accounts are governed by the specific grounds, advance-notice and transition safeguards in the Free-plan clause above; those safeguards take precedence over the general change and discontinuation provisions in these Terms.
17Agent-assisted account setup
You may ask a coding agent to help set up Voicedot for the email address and website shown in your registration request. Before verification, you must review that request and explicitly accept the current Terms and Privacy Policy yourself. Authorising the agent's identity handoff is a separate choice.
Email verification confirms your email for that request. It does not sign you into a browser, purchase a subscription or start a trial. The agent receives separate, limited authority to obtain installation instructions and check installation for the exact website. That installation authority cannot read feedback, change billing or sign into your account.
If you separately authorise identity handoff, the agent may obtain a sign-in link for you after the website's installation has been verified. The link may be given directly to you in your agent conversation or application; email remains a verification and recovery route. Treat the link as private. It is bound to the verified email, registration request and current setup, is usable once and expires within fifteen minutes and no later than the underlying identity authorisation.
Opening or reviewing the link does not sign you in. You must deliberately choose to sign in. If another account is signed in, switching accounts requires your explicit choice. Expired, withdrawn, revoked or no-longer-matching authority cannot be used. You personally send the first feedback and make any subsequent plan or paid-renewal choice; the agent's setup authorisation does not make those choices for you.
