Two comments from Olivia on brookandbeam.com arrive in the dashboard. Each points at a specific element of the page and has a category. The first is about the label on a button on the services page: it should say “Request a quote” instead of “Send”. The team replies in the thread and hands the comment to an agent with a description of the fix. The agent’s icon appears next to the comment. The second is about the cookie bar, which covers the “Call us” button on a phone. After replying, the team closes it, and a done mark appears next to it. At the end both comments show on the “All” tab.

A letter from the founder
17 years of handing websites to clients. Feedback we didn’t understand took longest.

Hi,
The project was supposed to be finished, and you’re back on the list of comments. Sign-off holds up the invoice, and the next job waits. I know that moment from my own projects.
The project was supposed to be finished, and you’re back on the list of comments. The worst part is “done”, and then “that’s not what I meant”.
What wears you down most is going back to things that looked closed: “done”, and then “that’s not what I meant”.
In Voicedot your client points at the spot and describes the change. What you agree, the handover to whoever makes it and the reply all stay with that same comment.

You know what’s left to check. On your next round of changes, collect the feedback in Voicedot and go through the fixes together with your client.

The old way and with Voicedot
The same fix: 12 days the old way, one day with Voicedot.
The old way, a comment has no spot and returns as “not what I meant”. With Voicedot it has its spot, and your client replies at the same pin.

Thanks, but I meant the button on the services page. The text on the home page was supposed to stay.

With Voicedot · AI agent
The agent works in your repository through MCP. It asks before it changes anything.
Olivia doesn’t write a prompt. You agree the fix, and the agent reads her comment with its context.

Your client speaks or types as usual. The agent fetches the comment and what you agreed through MCP. In this example it changes the label once you confirm.

What people who already collect feedback this way say
I used to send Piotr my comments in Notes and on Messenger, and then we both had to hunt for them. Now I click the spot on the page and say what to change. Less typing, less searching.
Now I click the spot on the page and say what to change. Less typing, less searching.

On a project the team very often starts a Google Doc and everyone adds their comments. Either it’s a mess, or nobody knows what a comment was about. Here it’s simple: a specific element I think is worth talking through or changing, I just pin it.

Questions before your first round of changes
Does my client need an account?
No. Your client points at part of the page and speaks or types. No account, no name, no screenshots, no categories to pick. The address, the element and a saved view of the page are recorded automatically.
Do I have to teach my client how to use it?
A link and one sentence are enough: “Click the button in the corner, point at the spot and say or type what to change.” The widget tutorial shows it in 3 minutes, no account needed.
I use Basecamp or Asana. Do I have to replace them?
No. Run the project the way you do now. Voicedot collects the comments and what you agree, right on the site. You pass a conversation on as a Markdown file or to an AI agent. Your client doesn’t need Basecamp or Asana.
Does it work on a password-protected staging site?
Yes, as long as the page loads the Voicedot script, also behind a login. You give your client access the way you do now. Each HTTPS address is added to the project separately.
What if, after the fix, the client says “That’s not what I meant”?
The element they pointed at and the saved view show what the comment was about. You sort it out with the client in the same thread. An AI agent’s fixes still go through a review round before you sign them off.
What can an AI agent do without my consent?
It can read comments from the projects you share with it. It sends a reply only after you approve its exact wording, and closing threads is a separate permission you switch on. It doesn’t delete or edit comments. Its messages and status changes are labelled.
What about my client’s data in the saved view?
Form field values are masked in the browser and on the server. Saved views are private and are deleted after 90 days by default. The account owner can choose 30 days, a year or two years.
How much does it cost to work on several projects?
Pro: €39 a month + VAT, unlimited projects, voice and a widget without our logo. Team: €79, with no per-seat fees. Free: one project, 100 text comments every 30 days and the Voicedot logo. Every paid plan, monthly or annual, has a 60-day money-back guarantee.
