## About the Voicedot widget tutorial

This tutorial shows how your client leaves a comment on a website with Voicedot. You click the real widget on a sample company website, and Piotr, the founder of Voicedot, guides you step by step in the chat next to it. You don’t create an account or install anything. At every step Piotr tells you why you are doing it and what your client gets from it.

### What you will learn

- How to open the Voicedot widget and pin the exact spot a comment is about: a button, a heading or a photo.
- How to say or type what needs to change. A recording becomes text that you can correct before sending.
- What your client sees after sending: the pin stays at that spot on the page, and the team’s reply appears in the thread next to it.

### How the tutorial goes

1. You open the widget with the green Voicedot button in the corner of the page.
2. You point at the spot on the page that your comment is pinned to.
3. You say or type what to change.
4. You send the comment.
5. You see your pin on the page and the team’s reply.

### Who it is for

For agencies, freelancers and teams that collect comments on websites from their clients. Instead of emails with screenshots and lists in a spreadsheet, every comment has its spot on the page. Your client will go through exactly the same steps on your website.

### What is real and what is a sample

The widget is real: it is the same Voicedot widget your client will see on your website. The company website is a sample, and comments from the tutorial don’t reach any team. They stay in this browser and wait for you in the dashboard tutorial.

### How long it takes

A few minutes. Piotr talks you through it, and you can turn his voice off with the sound button. Your progress is saved in this browser, so you can stop and come back later.

### What comes next

After the widget tutorial you will see the other side: the team dashboard where the comment arrives. There you will reply to the client and hand the fix to an AI agent. When you are ready, you will add Voicedot to your own website. Installation takes less than 3 minutes.
