The trial includes Team features: voice and text, multiple projects and people, MCP and no Voicedot link in the widget. The trial lasts 7 days. Free is separate: 100 text comments every 30 days and MCP, without a card. Do I need an AI agent? No. Read, discuss and export feedback without an agent. MCP is there when you want it. What happens when the trial ends? The trial needs a payment card and authorization for paid renewal. When it ends, your selected paid plan starts only with a saved card and valid renewal authorization. Otherwise, your account switches to Free. Revoking renewal authorization does not shorten a trial that has already started. Free includes your first project and one team member. Other projects and team access become unavailable on downgrade; the downgrade itself does not delete them. Choose Pro for multiple projects or Team for team access, subject to the data-retention policy. What counts towards the Free allowance? Free includes 100 new text comments in each 30-day period and MCP. The allowance renews every 30 days from its start date, not at the start of a calendar month. Replies and discussions do not count towards the limit. Editing text, changing a status and retrieving feedback through MCP do not use this allowance. What does fair use mean? Paid plans support normal website and product feedback workflows without a fixed monthly submission quota. Fair use protects against abuse, automated bulk ingestion unrelated to genuine feedback and sustained workloads that materially exceed a standard plan’s capacity. A large audience or legitimate MCP use is not itself a violation. We contact you about a different arrangement and do not add usage charges without your agreement. We may temporarily restrict activity to protect the service and explain it as soon as reasonably possible. What happens if I reach my plan’s limit? Once you have used your allowance of 100 new feedback submissions, additional feedback is kept in a waiting queue. Its content is unavailable in the dashboard, exports, notifications or MCP until released against a renewed allowance or unlocked by a suitable paid plan. Released feedback uses the new allowance. Feedback you could already access does not become locked again. When does the trial start? After your first real onboarding feedback, choose Free or a trial. The message alone does not start the clock. The trial starts after your decision, a verified saved card and consent to the selected paid renewal; it lasts 7 days. Can I choose a paid plan early? You can choose a paid plan during the trial or subscribe immediately. Before you confirm, we show the price, billing interval and when the first payment will be taken. When does cancellation or downgrade take effect? You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription does not renew after that date.
