How it works
From feedback to done. In four steps.
You add Voicedot to your site once. After that, every piece of feedback follows the same path, and nothing gets lost along the way.
Step 1 · Point
Click and speak. Or type.
Whoever is looking at the page points to an element and says in their own words what to change. It can be a client, a teammate or a user. No account, no extension, no screenshots.
- By voice or text. The text can be corrected before sending.
- You read. No need to listen to recordings.
- Each comment keeps the address, the selected element and a snapshot of the view at that moment.
Voice is available in the full trial and on paid plans. On the free plan, people can type.
Nobody feels like typing. Everyone records. For me, that’s a huge plus.
Łukasz SibigaFounder, CompetivoStep 2 · Agree
The conversation happens right at the feedback.
You open the feedback in the dashboard and see right away what it’s about. The client, the designer and the person making the change agree on it in one thread, not across five channels.
Example: a client asks whether the package includes copy for all the subpages. Click to see how a question turns into a decision.

Starter package description
/servicesDoes this package include copy for all the subpages? That’s how I read the description.
In this option, we write the home page copy. The client provides the copy for the subpages. Let’s clarify the description rather than expand the package.
Home page copy included. You provide the copy for the subpages.
Agreed
Yes, that makes the scope clear. Let’s add this line under the package description.
I’ll add it there. I’m not changing the price or the form.
Really cool, it shows exactly that specific element. That’s a huge help for your memory. Brilliant.
Łukasz SibigaFounder, CompetivoSame questions again? The answer’s ready.
Add what you know about the project once. When someone asks the same thing, you get a suggested reply. You check it and send it. On every plan.
Step 3 · Hand over
Feedback goes straight to the person making the changes
No extra inbox to keep an eye on. Choose where feedback goes: email collects the session with its categories, while Slack sends each new message separately.
Where should it go?
Email: a session summary. Slack: a separate post for each new message.
From there, the person making the changes takes over, in the dashboard or in a Markdown file, or your AI agent does.
Review session finished. Feedback by category:
Copy
- Let’s change “Contact us” to “Book a call”.
- Does the package include copy for the subpages?
Bug
- On mobile, the submit button is covered.
Idea
- Let’s add pricing under the packages.
Design
- The header photo is too dark.
